A little About TVNA

About TVNA

We are neighbors helping neighbors!  We seek to promote a better neighborhood through group action, so that the quality of life shall be in keeping with the needs and interests of our neighbors.

Neighborhood Association vs. Homeowner’s Association

The Tres Volcanes Neighborhood Association is completely voluntary and was established to improve and maintain the quality of life in our neighborhood.  With the HOA, you pay dues on a monthly or quarterly bases for the upkeep of common areas.  As the Neighborhood Association, We do not receive your monthly or quarterly dues.
